Julie Hogan
Julie is Co-Founder of The Rising Tide Project. She started her professional life as a Project Co-ordinator for The Ark’s outreach initiatives and over the next decade held development and managerial roles with Irish and UK NGOs, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Ireland, Irish charity 'To Children with Love' and Tate Galleries in the UK, working on projects that positively impacted the lives of marginalised and disadvantaged children. She recently completed a Masters in Children and Youth Studies in UCD and in 2018 became the Programme Manager of Children's School Lives, Ireland's first national study of primary schooling.
Grainne O’Driscoll
Grainne, who is a Certified Life Coach, has been a volunteer with the Rising Tide since its inception and played an instrumental part in the design of the project. Grainne is involved in all of the decision making related to the Rising Tide and she also looks after our Social Media, for which she has won a prestigious Twitter award. We are honoured to have her as a Board member of the charity.
Rachel Ray
Rachel is our Scholarship Manager and works closely everyday with the scholarship students and the school. Rachel manages the programmes of The Rising Tide, together with the To Children With Love team and board members. Rachel has a background in project management, law and sport, which includes children's fitness and working with Olympic and Paralympic athletes and teams. Rachel says "I love what I do. I am so happy that To Children With Love gives me the opportunity to make a difference and help students steer themselves in their own direction".
Debbie Deegan
Debbie is Founder of the charity To Children With Love and Co-Founder of The Rising Tide Project. Debbie’s passion and dedication to working with children for the past 21 years has earned her the Order of Friendship by the Russian Federation, UNESCO Tolerance Award, Eurasian Women’s Forum Award for Social Change, Irish International Person of the Year and Image Social Entrepreneur of the Year, amongst many others awards.
