WHO WE ARE
The Rising Tide Project has been in existence since 2015, although key elements of the programme have been developed over a 21-year period working with young people nationally and internationally.
The Rising Tide Project is driven by a group of educational experts, alongside co-founders Julie Hogan and Debbie Deegan, CEO of the award winning Irish charity To Children With Love. The To Children With Love charity is registered with the Irish Charity Regulator (Registration No. 20040499) and follows the Charity Regulators Governance Code.
The Rising Tide Project is run as a separate programme to the To Children With Love charity. Both programmes are efficiently managed by the Board of To Children With Love, all of whom are volunteers and receive no payment for their involvement in either programme.
